LEVEL ADJUSTMENT FEES
If your child qualifies for a Rep team (U11AA, U13AA, U15AA, U18AA), please review the following important information:
Committing to a Rep team involves additional time and financial obligations. It's crucial to fully understand these requirements before the final team selection and ensure that your family/player is prepared to meet all expectations.
Level adjustment fees are estimated based on the previous year's team finances. These amounts are subject to change as the team's actual costs are determined throughout the season. Additional funds may be requested during the season to cover expenses, and any surplus in a player's account will be refunded by the office at the season's end. Players with outstanding balances in their accounts may face suspension from play.
The level adjustment fees can be paid in full in three equal installments or according to a schedule approved by the Director/Team of the respective age group.
Forms & Level Adjustment Fees and Payment Schedule
Once a player is confirmed for a team, the office will send an email detailing the fee payment process and required forms for finalizing registration with the HCR. To be included on the team's HCR Roster, all forms, the base registration fee, and at least one-third of the team fee must be submitted beforehand. Confirmation to a Rep team and participation in the first league games can occur in as little as four days, so it's important to be prepared for the initial financial commitment.

The team directors will discuss the detailed breakdown of the season's costs and the payment plan during a team meeting. Payment dates listed are flexible, and adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs. We understand the financial strain this may place on families and aim to work together to ensure a stress-free process.
Seed Money will be set by the Directors at a team meeting to go over what the season will entail and what is all involved. Below has been the historical costs along with a general payment plan;
TRAC U11 AA Team Fee: $1,400 ($466.67 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals.
TRAC U13 AA Team Fee: $1,400 ($466.67 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals.
TRAC U15 AA Team Fee: $2250 ($750 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals.
TRAC U18 AA Team Fee: $2400 ($800 at time of registration, Oct 25th, Nov 25th) - These dates are flexible, and a team decision can be made on a pay schedule that suits individuals.
With the added costs on families this year and circumstances that our out of our hands, we want to make this as stress free as possible. Therefore, we are open to making these payments on terms that work out best for families and the organization.
