2024 AGM Notice
Good morning and Happy Monday!
As we approach the final stretch of another exhilarating hockey season, I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering support throughout the season so far.
From the enthusiastic cheers in the stands to the relentless efforts on the ice, it has been an incredible journey filled with memorable moments and invaluable experiences. The camaraderie and sportsmanship displayed by our players, coaches, parents, and volunteers have truly exemplified the spirit of our hockey community.
As we begin to wind down the season, our attention now turns towards the Annual General Meeting (AGM) preparations. This is a crucial time for our organization as we reflect on the past season, plan for the future, and elect new members to our executive board. Your participation and involvement in the AGM are vital to ensuring the continued success and growth of our hockey program.
We are currently seeking volunteers to join various positions and help contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
Yours truly will be moving on to the role of past president. Cody lightbody has expressed desire to move into the role of president, different members of the boards will be looking at different roles within the board to change things up. We are looking for detailed oriented individuals with access to computer and few hours a day to to take on the role of Registrar. Game and Conduct as well as Treasurer will be Vacant. Multiple vacancies in the division director roles available, Female Director (Reilly after doing a phenomenal job in reviving the Female Hockey Program, looking to take time to spend with family which leaves this very important role vacant)

Mega Raffle Tickets will be available for pick up for early selling. Info on that will follow with AGM Agenda.
WMH Casino in GP is slotted for July 19th/20th - info will be shared in the next few weeks on how to sign up!
